Fees and legal aid

• One hour consultation (besides the right to asylum)  :
  • at my office : 90 €
  • by phone or by videocall : 80 €

The payment is due at the latest at the beginning of the consultation.

 

• Right to asylum consultation to challenge an OFPRA’s refusal: legal aid

• To process your case, the fees may vary according to the complexity of the case and your incomes. Payments in several instalments are accepted.
• Legal aid (to be requested from the courts in case of low incomes) mainly accepted for asylum seeker.
